Marc Jacobs has been a busy man these few months, he released contour powder of three duo's powders called Light Filtering Contour, reformulated his lipsticks. Launched his new website for his beauty products and releasing his SS15 collection in New York's fashion week. I purchased the contour duo in Mirage (light gold/light bronze). The others are Dream (soft pink/medium bronze) and HI-FI (warm peach/ deep bronze).
You can purchase these on Sephora or Marc Jacobs new beauty website for $49. These powders are said to be velvety-soft, create natural looking contour, and natural coverage. And for the most part it is true, the texture of the powders are to soft and smooth. I wouldn't say these are good for contour but as a bronzer these are better. The bronzer is cool tone and sheer so to use it as a contour you will have to build the product to your desired look. The light gold is similar to Anastasia Banana powder which can help brighten your under eyes and set your concealer. I think this is great for traveling, the mirror included is huge and very handy. If you want something subtle for a no make-up, make-up day this will help you. But if you want to define your cheek bone and jaw bone skip this, it is not the one. Overall I think I'll past on this one because there's others on the market that are better than this one. I do like it but I don't love it. I want to try and swatch some of the new lipsticks and see if they are worth the money cause $30 each lipstick dass expensive.
