Limecrime VS. Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipsticks

(Update: I will no longer support Limecrime)
Let's be real, everyone is obsessed with liquid lipstick that dry to a matte finish. Limecrime is the first liquid lipsticks that I think started the trend and I am reviewing Limecrime and Anastasia Beverly Hills (ABH) Liquid Lipsticks. I got four of Anastasia Beverly Hills (ABH) Liquid Lipsticks which are Pure Hollywood, Persimmon, Heathers, and Vamp. I originally ordered Lovely but got sent the Persimmon Liquid Lipstick instead. I have two Limecrime Velvetines in Red Velvet and Wicked. These two have similarly but the finishes and lasting powers of both are different. ABH liquid lipsticks and Limecrime apply just like liquid, it's watery, applys smooth, and pigmented.
The first time I applied ABH lipsticks I didn't like it, I thought I just wasted my money, but after a while I made it work. Pure Hollywood is too pale on my lips so I use a lip liner under to give some color to my lips; putting lip liners under the liquid lipsticks will change the color when it drys. Persimmon the one I didn't order and I thought wasn't going to use turned out to be a beautiful orange color that I adore. I will definitely wear this color during the spring and summer seasons. Heathers and Vamp have similar swatches but I can tell you now that both apply very different on your lips. Heathers has a red undertone, and Vamp has a brown undertone. These liquid lipsticks sadly do not last all day and can be drying but not if you moisturize your lips before you apply. The color pay off is awesome but with the dark colors you need two coats or layers to achieve the intended color. Same with the Limecrime Velvetines but these will not come off your lips. You can eat, drink, and not have the need to re-apply because these lip stains won't budge. I remove it with Bioderma on a cottonball or Yesto facial wipe (best makeup wipes ever). Red Velvet is a red that reminds me of ruby woo by mac and Wicked is a dark purple color that reminds me of Vamp by ABH. Limecrime Velvetines smell like peppermint while Anastasia Beverly Hills liquid lipsticks have no scent. Both of these are $20. AHB can be found on Anastasia website and Macy's. Limecrime can be purchased on Limecrime main site or on the Urban Outfitters site. If you had to choose between the two I would recommend Anastasia Beverly Hills because these are definitely worth the money. When it comes to different ranges of color ABH does take the crown. Limecrime comes in 10 different colors.
